A Northeast Ohio based Realtor with a strong background in property management and experience as a custom home builder representative. Her prior experience provides an in depth understanding of overall property condition and the unique challenges that come with buying and/or selling real estate. Shannon consistently ranks in her brokerage’s upper tier percentile, selling between 10-15 million a year dating back to 2004.
Growing up on Cleveland’s West side, and now residing on the East side accounts for a broad range and understanding of these niche markets.
Shannon has helped over one thousand people in the buying and selling of primary residences, second homes, investment properties, rehabs and foreclosures. She is well versed in residential resale, new home construction, rental, corporate relocation, condominiums, townhomes and navigating the unique challenges that come with each.
